Nestled in the picturesque Appalachian mountains, Mountain View Farm was started in Spring 2022. The facility features two barns. The main barn consists of 12 newly renovated spacious 12’ x 10’ (pony) stalls, 12’ x 12’ (horse) stalls, and 12’ x 15’ (horse) stalls. Includes heated tack room, bathroom, one indoor wash stall, storage and feed room, two cross tie bays, and laundry room with an industrial washer & dryer. The main barn boasts in-floor heating which keeps the barn a very comfortable temperature year-round. The second barn, a bank barn, consists of 12 stalls which stay cool during the blistering hot summer days. The second barn has a large tack room and a feed area, as well as one wash rack and one grooming bay. 

The outdoor ring is 200’ x 400’ with all-weather footing that holds up even on the ugliest of days in State College! The heated indoor ring is 150’ x 50’ with FootingFirst footing and ample riding to make riding any time of day or season very comfortable. A heated viewing room complete with kitchen, comfortable seating and WiFi makes watching lessons comfortable and enjoyable. Parents and guests are able to stay connected or work remotely. The property has 5 lovely grass paddocks for turn-out and 70 acres of rolling hills to hack out on.
