Feed

Each horse is fed an individualized diet with the highest quality ingredients. We do not feed a typical extruded commercial feed. Instead, we assess each horse’s energy requirement and create a balanced ration to meet his energy, vitamin, and mineral needs. Vitamin/mineral supplement, pre/probiotic and vitamin E are mixed into each horse’s ration to ensure he is receiving all his required nutrients, regardless of how much or how little grain he requires. Each horse has access to a free choice salt block in their stalls. Horses are provided two buckets in which fresh clean water is supplied. Buckets are scrubbed daily. Horse’s water intake is carefully monitored as this is usually the first sign of illness brewing.  

Hay

• 40 acres of high quality horse focused hay on property

• Hay is an orchard, timothy and brome mix

• Hay is done in small 45-50 lb. bales and large 600-700 lb. bales

• Hay is used for existing horses and for sale to 3rd parties
